I have a track record of increasing profitability by delivering increased productivity, improving customer satisfaction and reducing costs. I am an accomplished leader with a reputation for inspiring teams to innovate and change and has an ability to manage commercial relationships at senior level both internationally and in the UK. I'm passionate about innovating both in terms of approach and exploiting the benefits that technology can bring allowing him to make incisive contributions to all of the programmes that he is tasked to transform. I'm an excellent communicator who engages and influences well at all levels. I'm a Trustee Director of a local specialist Care Home and Vice-Chair of Governors at a local school. Aspirations
